Rosenberg Economic Advisors, Inc. was founded in May 2004 to provide economic consulting services to investment advisors and attorneys.

The firm specializes in analyzing, from an antitrust perspective, the competitive effects of mergers and acquisitions and in evaluating the risk that either U.S. or foreign antitrust regulators will block those transactions. We consult investment advisors who are trading the equity of firms involved in transactions as well as attorneys representing clients who are directly involved in mergers and acquisitions.
